Here's one that's even more interesting. Check this out http://texas.247spor...emson-7205316/1 I would really like us to move to a nicer conference and am jealous of those turds from WVU, but I think the linked possibility would be a great strategic move for the Big 12 if they can pull it off. Then again rumors are in no short supply when it comes to college football. Go Bulls!

The SEC or Big 10 would be a big step up, not so with the Big 12.

Money, not geography, pride, tradition, or heritage of the sport will matter. Grab the big TV markets and the $ will follow; USF may still be building as a program, but our market is **** good.... That conference does not want to lose any ground in FL and UM can no longer carry it by itself.....the B12 is a dream butthe ACC is just a matter of time. I think however, that we will not see to much movement beyond what the B12 and BE must do to attain 12.....my reasoning lies in the fact that I do not see the AQ status going away. The BCS has always taken small steps and lately all you hear about is the +one model. If they can agree on that then I see all other factors staying the same.....because under this format the BE can continue to be the punchline of all after they prove they cannot advance to the next round, "nothing to see hear." while I think we are better than that, most will see it that way. Therefore, if the +one is accepted i think all else rains the same, including expansion, minus any final touches by the BE and the B12.
