My sister had the USF logo made out of steel for my Christmas present and I am having a hard time figuring out how to display it. It is roughly 2 foot wide and has a pretty good weight to it. It's primered and ready for paint, but I just can't think of anything that would be an obvious "perfect use" for it. Below are some photos, I have thought maybe inlaying them in wood but that is going to be a lot of work. Just wanted to see if anyone could help me think of something creative to use this. Click pictures for larger resolution. Thanks.

That is definitely pretty cool .... but I'm like you, I can't think of a perfect use, either. If you've got a man cave, maybe a wall mount ... or for tailgating, make some sort of frame to mount it in and affix it to a raised flag pole like thing.

I'm thinking you might paint it gold, then paint your house green, and mount it right on the front wall of the house...

I'd go for the Man Cave wall. It may be to big to try suspending it from or mounting it on top your Mailbox. Front Door maybe?

Inlaying may be a lot of work but it would add a nice touch for outdoor mounting.

Your sister is Awesome, J!

I would get it mounted on the front of my house.

Thanks for all the input, I think I may be going the wood route. One of my other thoughts was holding on to it until we have a detached garage built and put it in the concrete that we would have poured.

I'd keep it indoors on a wall with some backlighting...
