I think that Holtz will be looking to get out. He probably has the ability, but, with the state of the BE, I think Skip will jump at a better opportunity if one comes up. Who could blame him?

Sho nuff... just give ole Skip some time to flush out Jimbo's players and build his own team... 2-3 years should be enough time to cycle out the old players from the old system and bring in his own recruits.
