I wonder if Dunkley knows something that we don't or if he is just responding to the rumors that have been floating around this past week about the UNC job offer.

Dunkley's tweet wasn't in response to anything. Just something he put out there that other writers noticed. Holtz hadn't seen the team since the game at that point. Addressed the speculation at a regular team meeting at 2:30 on Monday.

A lot of breaking news and accurate information has not only surfaced here from and for members, but fueled stories at the blogger sites at tbo and times.

So let's not put down members for looking for items to talk report/about. It's no different at blog sites - i.e. the quoting of that Robinson guy.

Dunkley's tweet, at the least, is intriguing.

Sheriff said he called out the job offer, which is what he did. Some here turned that into calling out Holtz, which he did not.

Don't forget Sheriff is close to McMurphy - you can't expect his reporing to be vetted.

I kind of hoped we'd be held to a higher standard here than your run of the mill gossip columns ...
