Welch and Davis should be the #2 and #3 Wr's from here on out. If Griffin can't get back on the field these two should see even more minutes.

Agreed and move T Rex back to DB because we need some depth there.

Good thread. Was very impressed with the work Welch and Davis put in yesterday. Been waiting to see Welch break out and it was nice to see a USF WR go over 100 yards, even if it was in a losing effort.

I think this is a testament to Skip's eye for talent. As tough as the critique of the coaching staff has been over the last couple of weeks, they are really finding some diamonds in tucked away places. Deonte is a perfect example. Kid looks like money to me. Hate to see Griffin go down again. But Welch, Gonzalez, Dunkley and Davis are the future of this team. Add D'vo and Price to that mix and we will have the best receiving corps in the ACC. ;) This is a new team taking shape on offense especially.

Deonte Welch's nickname should be the Zone Buster. Maybe Fitch won't be scared to throw into zones from here on out.

It never hurts for a QB to have receivers that can go up and get the ball. I'm hoping that the three of them playing together the rest of this year and all of Spring/Fall, that they'll know exactly what each other will do.

Andre Davis looked like a beast yesterday; his height and jumping abilities are great for endzone lobs.

Not to mention, if Scott and Murray continue to improve we'll have a solid support ground game. SHOULD be our most complete offensive package. Other than Chaz, who do we lose on the offensive line?
