Are noisemakers allowed in the stadium for any event?

No. Noisemakers are not allowed. This includes but is not limited to horns/air horns, artificial noisemakers, vuvuzelas and aerosol cans.

Thank God they have sensible rules at Ray J... If I wanted to hear a vuvuzela, I'd turn on the TeleMenudo channel on cable while they're playing a soccer game between two third world countries.

Random - do any of you remember the Rutgers game when a play was reset due to a "whistle in the stands being used" - I think they were called for false start on the play

I found out later during the game my friend who actually did that lol
