A Cajun-grilled grouper Reuben.  Looked fantastic!  Here is the video:

Is he just skipping around Tampa this month??? because I thought he was just doing Rapscallions on 41 in Pasco...

Also Guy Fieri was in Tampa last month for his Dinner, Drive-ins, and Dives show on the Food Network and hit the California Taco stand near USF on Bearss Ave and Skipper Road... its next to the Army Navy Surplus Store.

Fieri also went to the Taco Bus in Seminole Heights in March.  Excellent food. Gotta try the Beef tongue burrito with everything, slathered in the green sauce.

I thought the highlighted item at Skippers was the gator ribs.  They showed how they cooked them in the pressure cooker/smoker.

I ate at Rapscallions a few weeks ago and ordered the Davie Jones Burger which is a burger with jalapenos, spicy mayo and pepperjack cheese. They placed the Davey Jones sauce on the side I thought it was ketchup and dipped my fries into it and holly crap it was the hottest thing I have ever had. I enjoy spicy food. I don't know if I would of been able to eat the whole burger if they had just smothered it with the sauce.  :cheers
