Triple counting a ton of non-cpompeting walkons in the various running sports does seem a little doubtful. What about scholarships--how do those match up at USF, fpr men's and women's sports? Maybe if the number of women on scholarship in all of these schools was what it was supposed to be, maybe we wouldn't have so many 4 million dollar college football and basketball coaches.
