http://www.und.com/tickets/ticket-policy-new.html

ALL PERSONS, REGARDLESS OF AGE MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR ADMISSION to all reserved seat events: Football, Men's & Women's Basketball and Hockey. For all sports, post-season events may require all persons to have a ticket.

I could not find a policy on once inside and the birth occurs if the baby needs a ticket, so we need to ensure birth is after kickoff if she wishes to save money on an extra ticket.

If not you may wish to treat your grandchild to their first USF ticket?

Everyone knows the second child always gets screwed. Skip the child birth and go the game! It's a no brainer... Take your son with ya while you're at it!
