-Freedom of speech.

I admin (not moderate) a large commercial forum for one of my clients. That said, "freedom of speech" has nothing to do with this issue. The mods can limit us to avatars of anything they want. This is their private property.

However, I've been noticing this forum is spiraling downward as far as limiting expression. If they want to keep it up they can, but it's asinine. That is all.

I think Trips was referring to whether I wished to formally complain about Vega's avatar, which sheds a little light.

I'm guessing someone made a "formal complaint" against BillReef's avatar, and rather than standing up to the complainer and telling them to get lost, the mod caved and told BillReef to change the pic.
