Former Armwood defensive back Angelo Hadley, once a UNC signee before legal problems, has signed with USF out of Butler County JC.

He was really good in HS, but had lots of serious off the field problems...He was 1st team all Jayhawk Conference at his JUCO

According to the Butler JC website, he finished the year playing 10 games, recording 49 tackles, 2 ints (one for TD), and two forced fumbled.

Here's to hoping he stays out of trouble...

After watching his highlight reel from his Armwood days, this kid excels at coming up for run support. He doesn't drop that boom type hit but the runner goes down quick. Of course 2 years have gone by and he more than likely bulked up. Additionally, he just seems to glide effortlessly, not an all out burner but very quick.

Wonder why this signing hasn't been reported anywhere else but Greg's twitter?  Hope the troubled past is behind him.  Skip must see something in him although on the surface he doesn't seem like he fits with Skip's current type of recruit.  In Skip I trust!
