When I read this-I figured someone gave up on the 2010 year

Here's another note about the UTEP game from Greg Auman's Twitter:

No return game for UTEP, making it first guarantee game against I-A opponent. Bulls will again have seven home games in 2011.

Oops, and here's another:

Payout figures aren't bad for USF on new home games - Florida A&M gets $400,000 and UTEP $650,000. UTEP buyout is a hefty $1-million.

So we get:

Cincinnati

Louisville

West Virginia

Miami

FAMU

UTEP

Ball State

Not too shabby

Get 900K from ND and pay UTEP 600K. Guess that works.

Good, glad there is a few years seperation between the FAMU games. Good attendance for both, and best news we don't have to go back to El Paso :(

I am happy with UTEP and FAMU. Sure beats playing WKU and Stony Brook. No matter how bad we are next year (but I expect us to be good), attendance will be way up next year because of a better schedule.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
