Sorry if this has been posted, but found it interesting. Projected to go 5-7, with the most "impressive" win vs UL.

5-7 is not entirely out of the question...

so many new faces

so much experience lost

whole new systems on both sides

on top of that, hardest schedule that we have ever faced.

This will be a down year for USF football.

Expect many threads by those who only post when we're losing, and UCFers here

So a lot of patience will be needed.

With all the talk about the Big East breaking apart and its football members being picked up by other conferences we probably cannot afford a down year since we want to position ourselves the best we can.

I'm hoping we can at least extend our 5 year bowl game streak and our streak of beating a top 25 opponent.

Also important is what happens to our attendance figures if we don't have the hot start. I'm hoping we can keep average attendance around the 50,000 mark!

I'm hoping for us to exceed expectations!

I'm not seeing 5-7.  Basically all offensive talent returning from an 8-5 team.  5-7 would be a big disappointment.

Western Kentucky (Home) – W

Florida Atlantic (Home) – W

Syracuse (Home) – W

AT West Virgina – W

AT Cincinnati – L

Rutgers (Home) – W

AT Louisville – W

UConn (Home) – W

This is the year we finally get Rutgers or Cincy. I also expect to get one of WVU/Pittsburgh. Wouldn't be shocked at defeating one of the Big 3 FL teams either; but not going to chalk up either.

EDIT: A Louisville loss could happen though. We should have a better idea of how likely that is pretty early into the season.
