Miami lineman Jose choosing between USF, UCF

According to Auman, Gainer has commited to UCF so that is 5 teammates coming here.

Normally I would think that makes it a done deal but between his coaches comments and the fact that the only reason he even VISITED a school 3 1/2 hrs away was that his plans opened up in the 11th hour - I think he becomes a Bull.

He will be a good pickup for either of us.  We could both use the help on the oline and it's not

like we are using Jenny Craig - we both have Division I trainers to help him meet his individual and team goals.

Different scenario too regarding Josex2.  He only transfered in to Central this fall.  He had played three previous years at Booker T, and the move to Central was just to win state.  He doesn't have the loyalty and affiliation with those other Central players by virtue of his visits without those guys, his commitments, he's never mentioned wanting or needign to go as a package deal.  For that matter Godfrey and co.'s names have never been brought up and the only other true cross over school was this last second visit to UCF.

Out of all the recruits from Central UCF got Gainer's got the most potential...although eligibility will now need to be sweated out.  Godfrey may be good if O'Leary abandon's his offensive philosophies and goes with a free-wheeling, wide open, gunslinging offense like MTSU ran for Dasher...Godfrey and Dasher are similar.

Reese isn't even the best receiver on his team.  From USF's perspective he was the most valued recruit, we need receivers and Reese has strong hands, good possession guy with some mid-level range.  I am not a Gainer or Godfrey fan, at least not for USF.  I wanted Reese, but of the three the one that has the most possibilities to make it big is Gainer.  He has an extra gear, he's got good size, good shift, quickness, runs between tackles well.  Not quite elite but darn close.
