I originally said that Joel did nothing wrong.

Well ... he acted like a child, not a man.

And Leavitt acted like a bully, not a coach.

According to Joel, yes.

Joel has a lot of growing up to do, hope he learns from this and becomes a man.

This stuff may be too much for him to stay.  I wonder how he is getting treated by students and other players.  If the community is turning on him, it can't be fun where he is spending most of his time (class, weight room, etc).

Hatter?

while i agree that he is a retard for giving the story to BMM

his teammates don't give him any issues whatsoever... other students do occasionally.... random fans on facebook are pretty bad.

Joel shoudlve spoke up the truth the first chance he got. He's lucky Johnny Cochrans (aka sharks) out there like Cohen are giving him a 3rd chance

whoever is advising this kid should be fired.  it is ridiculous.  Joel should write down everything he wants to accomplish....and then ask HIMSELF how to best accomplish those goals.

my guess is none of them would be accomplished by giving the Bowel Movement the time of day

And several witnesses, who never recanted.

I think you are missing my point.

Joel turned this into a circus. He didn't act like a man in this situation. He let others dictate what he should do. I am not saying anything mean against him or would shun him. FACT is that he didn't take the BULL by the horns.

He let Leavitt and others pull him from side to side.

And now it looks like(by hiring a lawyer) that he is being directed by his father to chase a money trail.

This is like the third time I've seen you say this. Really? He can make his Facebook private and delete all the douchebags.  :-\ He has to know this. He can't be this out of touch with technology.

i dont hate him...

I think he is making bad decisions for himself.  Talking to the Bowel Movement will not help him at all.  Threatening to sue will not help him at all.  If you arent going to talk, just go with it.  I think it would have been the best thing.  Now it just continues the story and keeps giving the losers like the Bowel Movement and ****** **** something to write/talk about.
