I love the kid, but when he gets swung around on one armed grabs its going to be a tough to use him.

I thougt we might try some screens or something to get him in the flats to use his speed.

Kids a burner.  He's very well suited for how we intend to use him.  Your not going to get a guy that's as big as Ford or Kelly and as fast as Lamar.

He had a pretty goo run to the left late in the 4th.  If he gets a step on anyone on the field they're no running him down.

BINGO!!!  Lamar needs to be used in screens, options, and misdirection plays only. He is a change of pace back and is WAY to small to run off tackle. Did we even throw ONE screen pass last night? Where was that sweet option pitch to Ford that we saw at the cuse? Were are those nice shovel passes that we saw against Wofford? Did I see correctly that Ford only had 7 carries last night?
