I would support this only for the Miami game. Fan wise, I am not looking forward to that game.

Maybe we can put them all in the upperdeck, sort of like what FSU did to us.

It was definately cheaper without beer sales.

Disposable flask at Mike's Beer Barn = $1.99

Enough Crown Royal to fill it = about $8.00

Cokes at the stadium = about $9.00

I rarely bought beer even in our Citrus Bowl days. Tailgate beer is a lot cheaper, $8 watered down stadium beer is a waste

I would imagine that will be where the majority are.  We have the one lower level visitors section that will go to  UM, and then the single game tix will be mostly upper deck.

my friend brought in a bladder with a drinking tube hidden underneath his shirt. In it? 750mL of pure whiskey. So much for alcohol free.

College football is all about money.  When you can sell .50 cents worth of beer for $7.00, that's a pretty heafty profit margin.

If we had an on campus stadium, I'd hope that they'd sell beer so that USF can make more money and retain the good assistant coaches instead of having them leave to programs who have more money.

Sounds like a plan to me... otherwise they will be all sitting next to my section crapping themselves and playing grab ass...

On campus stadium = no beer??

USF would sell beer at an on campus stadium... just like they sell beer at baseball, basketball, and soccer games... at other sun dome events... and in the Marshall Center Beefs BAR and grill (they sell wine too).

USF will likely ALWAYS sell beer and wine at events.  It makes money and isn't a major problem.

Yeah, all those prorgrams like UF, FSU, LSU..... that are having trouble making payroll becasue they do not sell beer at the stadium.  That money does not make it back to th school anyway, the Glazers take their cut, and very little if any makes it to USF.
