Head Coach Jim Leavitt

Offense

Mike Canales - Offensive Coordinator / Quarterbacks Coach

Carl Franks - Running Backs

Phil McGeoghan - Wide Recievers

Mike Simmonds - Offensive Line

Larry Scott - Tight Ends

Stephen Bird - Gradudate Assistant (Passing Game Coordinator)

Mike Lube  - Graduate Assistant-Offense

Defense

Joe Tresey - Defensive Coordinator / Secondary

John Hendrick - Defensive Line

Kevin Patrick - Defensive Ends

Jared Davis  - Graduate Assistant-Defense

Looks like Leavitt is finally investing more on the offense than on the defense.  So now I am assuming Leavitt will coach the linebackers and Tresey will cover the secondary. So who will cover special teams?

Whatever happened to Pat St Louis? Wasn't he a GA for the football team or the strength and condition department recently? I thought he was being groomed to be a future USF coach/trainer.

I thought that was his most recent position, but I didn't see him listed on their staff either.

Are we not still missing a "defensive secondary" coach?

the ex-rUTGIRLS coach was interviewed. What I really liked about him was he was Schiano's Miami area recruiting coach....

Tresey will coach the secondary. One spot missing -- linebackers coach.

Greg,

How many coaches are University's allowed to have? And how many head football coaches actually coach a position? Having Leavitt as a LB coach would be interesting, but I'm curious as to how many other head coaches have a position.
