Mike included these pics of Shurron in his weekly update.  I think Shurron remembered Mike from his playing days at USF.  Mike can elaborate..

How can cops/troopers be allowed to be that overweight?

If you had a Krispy Kreme Frequent Shopper Card, what kind of shape would you be in??

Shurron was great. I yelled out for him and he heard me and was cool about the whole thing. We chatted briefly about USF (told him I was at the game etc). He even stopped one more time so I could make sure to get the best shot possible. All that in spite of losing the game.

Sure would have been nice to have him one more year but ya gotta pull for this guy-- he's a class act in my book. The guy standing next to me was acting like a jerk then I told him I needed to talk to one of the players. Once he realized I actually might know someone, he shut his yap. In the end, his kid got one of SP's gloves.

PS-- Shurron had one tackle and one assist on the day. Not bad for a back up and special teams guy.

Nice job Mike.....thanks for sharing the images.

I can still remember Shurron taking over a few games against Memphis and Houston.

The one that sticks out most in my mind was what he did in that first game at ECU. Monster game!

I too forgot he was on the Bears and did not hear his name called at the game - darn.

Thanks, MG.

It's great to see the Bulls being represented in the NFL.
