We have won 5 (not 4, not 3, not 2, not 1) games so far this season. I am pretty darn confident that we can win a couple more. The team is pretty darn good. We will be fine.

1. Its Syracuse

2. Syracuse Sucks

3. If Syracuse does pull out all the stops, thats like 3 stops. ;D

Not enough.  This season we have the best team in the Big East.  We should not lose to the worst.

Despite Joe Maddon's math of 9 = 8, in bowl bids 5 does not equal 6.  Five wins doesn't get you to a bowl.  So this game is huge.  As I said, if we can't beat Syracuse, the only other shot at win #6 would be Rutgers.  I'm not saying we will or should lose to Syracuse, but if they beat us at home you can't like our chances on the road against Louisville, Cinci and WV.  I believe this is a big game for the team's confidence.  Win this and I like our chances against Louisville & Cinci.  Lose, and I think we lose those next 2 road games.

I have the same feeling about this game as I did for the UCF game last year. I think this team has that killer instinct in them for this game.

I won't bet my house on it... but I have a very good feeling that Greg Gregory (gasp) added a new wrinkle to this offense during the BYE week!!  Hell, we need it!!!!  These next three games are absolutely crucial!!!!!  If we can go 3-0 before the next bye week I will be absolutely ecstatic.
