We were leap frogged by BYU, Penn St. and Ohio State.  With a good game we would be at 11, not 14.  Still, all-in-all, I'm glad we didn't drop but how we are still above Wake Forest?

Wake Forest beat FLorida state. we would beat florida state.

Hmmm... Both teams go on the road and beat teams by less than 10 points.

One losing team was in the Top 25.  One was 120th.

I am also surprised USF is still ahead of Wake.

A very weak Florida State without a single upper-classman on the o-line.

The rankings won't matter if we don't win our games. I realize to see a ranking is fun as a fan, but you're setting yourself up for disappointment. We need to just win the Big East and if we happen to go undefeated while doing so, then the rankings will matter (but not until we win our 12th game).

What matters, no one jumped us... Hbryan is incorrect. He's probably thinking of the AP poll. We moved up two spots just like those other teams.

this is less USF "moving up" and more Oregon and Auburn moving down.

All the more proof that an ugly win still better than a pretty loss.
