Especially compared to what the Bucs have now.JayHe was even incredibly classy in handling the unclassy way the Glazer's ran him out of town. I remember Fox's Sports guy (Chip Carter maybe) talking about a call he got the morning after Dungy was fired. Tony had basically been told to come down to 1 Buc Place and clear his stuff out that evening and Chip had gotten the scoop and was in the parking lot to talk to him. Understandably Tony was upset and brushed Chip off a bit. Chip didn't see it as rude or anything, just what you would expect from a classy guy who just got fired. Anyway the next day Chip gets a call from Tony Dungy to apologize for the incident.

TD was just a regular dad, there at the practices and games. Very personable and definitely someone who walks the talk.

That aside we need to get his son to be a bull
