Search for New O.C. for next year

I think we need a change. Someone who doesn't panick and is tried and true at the college level. Our current O.C. has reached his potential. He is D 1AA at best, not D 1 caliber. In order for us to move ahead, we need the O.C. to also.

I hope CJL makes it very clear that their jobs are on the line.  They had all year to figure out what happened last year and came back with the same old offense.  Their game plan will not work with these players, we've recruitted runners, use them **** it!

I couldn't agree with you more ETK.  Especially about the runners.

Here's a crazy one, if we lose by just acouple or win by just a couple with the same offense they might get a pass.  Do we need to be blown out in order to send the right message, that these guys aren't capable of change and tayloring the offense to the players they have?

who knows what will happen the rest of the year?  It's too early to say we need a new OC, even though I have always hated the no huddle offense, and especially running from the shotgun.
