Absolutely!  The only thing that changed is the upgraded seating is sold out.  Everything else is the same.

just curious....the sec we will be in is $22 a seat.  can we get a better price with the seats being gone?

They're still baseline box seats, which are 22 a game/24 on day of game.  For 25, you're getting the hat too.  That's the deal.  If he moves us out of those seats, I'll absolutely ask for a better price, but right now we're still within the deal outlined in the flyer.

I am going to ask for food credit though to compensate for the lack of seat upgrades.

Something else you might ask for if the food credit is not available is to have them reserve the BJ Upton figurines for us.  I never get in early enough to get those things, and I always see some likely Ebay sellers walking around with 10 of them in their grubby paws.

I'm in 138 EE. I could have been in the outfield for less but I wanted that hat.
