We can either arrange to pick up in advance, pick up at the tailgate, whatever.  I'll work with everyone as long as it doesn't cost me more $$$ =)

The way this is going so far makes me think that we should do this more often. The Rays have all kinds of cool areas you can sit in if you have large groups. The Checkers Bullpen Cafe (35 ticket min) or Corona Beach Bar (50 ticket min) would be a good time. Also, groups of 20 or more can get a lower box seat and a Rays hat for $25 in the Group Hat Days sections. We'll worry about USF night for now, but maybe keep this in mind for future consideration.

Guys.... I come bearing semi-bad news.

We have so many people going, and demand has been so big for this game (it looks like it may be a sellout at this point, according to the Rays rep) that we won't be able to get the "upgraded" seats for the group deal.

The Rays rep did tell me, however, that they ordered another 1000 hats because they went through their original allotment of 1500.  Demand has blown them away.

I wouldn't think the upgraded seats would be a deal breaker for anyone, but if it is... shoot me a PM and I'll refund your payment to you.

I apologize, but what can you do?

^ ask Travis (USF game rep) since you cant have the upgrade as stated if they can give each person some 'Rays Bucks' (for food or beverages) or some coupons for some free hot dogs to accomadate for them not having upgrades for your group. it doesnt hurt to ask.

136/138 according to the Rep. It's a corner section about 3 or 4 down from where the upgrades were.

Again, not much I can do about it.  Demand has been huge.  Let me know if it's a problem and I can refund your group for you.  I will ask about the Rays Bucks (good idea) but I can't make any promises about that.
