Demetrius Jones won't start for Cincy.  Dustin Grutza will, with Jones coming off the bench.

I don't know why, but Demetrius Jones scares me more than Mauk did.

You must not have watched the Notre Dame/Georgia Tech game, or at least the half he was in.  It looked like he couldn't throw the ball 15 yards downfield.
