His bro goes to USF

Coach Schiano got his first defensive back commitment in David Rowe out of Cocoa

High School in Florida. Scout.com lists Rowe as the 54th best cornerback in the

nation.

I am sure it is because he felt like he would develop as a better DB at RU since we only have a safety and a corner in the NFL, and 2 more corners going...

...or maybe he wasn't what we were looking for in which case, the coaches must be stupid since in 11 years we only have 1 safety and one corner in the NFL and two more corners on the way.

...wait, maybe there is a third option that is realistic, like he isn't good enough to play here.

Scout site says he wasn't offered from USF.  Sounds like he wasn't offered and went elsewhere - no big deal.
