Why is Kevin Smith so loveable compared to Colt Brennan?

Alot of people have been salivating over Kevin Smith's numbers.  Yes they are eyepopping.  But why is there so much over him and not over Colt brennan?  Most people say its because he is in a pass happy offense.  But its not like he is dominating in attempts  Kevin Smith, however, has 50 more attempts then anyone in the nation and 111 over his competitor Darren McFadden.  Then people say its Colt Brennan's level of competition.  Oh yeah and the CUSA is amazing. 

I just dont know all the fuss over Kevin Smith, if they love him so much they should be all over Brennan as well.

They like Brennan too. They've been showing highlights of the Hawaii games ever since last season and showing his TD stats and such. Today was the first time that Kevin Smith was ever actually on ESPN in a live interview. Over time though, Brennan has gotten more overall attention as far as national media goes.

Actually, the reasoning behind it is that not only is Brennan a 2-time Felon, his coach, June Jones, is talking trash about all of the other Heisman contenders.  While this is going on, Kevin only talks about his TEAM, specifically his OLine.  He is humble, he has done it and people finally took notice.  While Brennan has been screaming, "Look at me!", Kevin has just been punishing defenses, thanking his OLine for their blocking, and pointing at his momma.  Also, when asked at the Award Shows last night, Kevin even admitted that the Heisman should go to Te-bag.  In an earlier interview, he was asked about his snub by the Doak Walker award and he said he doesn't care about the awards.  He now has a championship and wants the Bowl win.

If you watch the two and listen to them talk, Kevin is the better player, better teammate, and has more potential in the NFL.  Brennan is a system QB.  Look at his predecessor.  Kevin has run for almost 2500 yards and 29 TDs against teams that knew he was getting the ball and put 8-9 in the box to stop him!

kevin smith did well against riverside school for the deaf type teams

he was never  a serious heisman contender

ive got nothing bad to say about Kevin Smith.  he is a good football player.  but it looks like he only has 1 more game as a UCF player.  if he is smart anyways.  his stock cant get any higher.  he wont win the heisman next year either because Tebow will get it.
