Its fairly common to have colleges play pro teams prior to Spring Training.

yep.  it will be a thrill for the kids on the team for sure

I hope they kick the crap out of that horrendous POS team and that ego-manianic fan base of their's.  Most of which have never even been to NY.

Kazmir looks young enough, maybe we can disguise him and let him pitch for the Bulls.  ;D

Florida Southern College in Lakeland plays the Detriot Tigers every spring.  I would like to see the Yankees do the same and play USF every spring.

You might see more of it.  With Tino's and Lelo's connections with the Yanks, I wouldn't put it past them.

yep Boston College comes down to Ft myers every spring to play the Red Sox.  and i know that the marlins and hurricanes play each other almost every year.

No, it should be a full 9.......maybe no extras if its tied.  Also, USF won't be playing thier good pitchers for this either.  They won't want to interupt their rotation for a meaningless practice game.
