I couldn't hear the announcers at the bar I was at... but I saw our team come out of the tunnel for the second half with a shovel. Any particular reason?

CJL said something about them digging the hole deeper or out own grave if we lost this game.  I remember hearing them mention it, but don't remember exactly what they said.

The quote that I heard from the on-air commentators was that CJL had told the team to "just keep diggin'" (keep working hard, keep winning games, etc).  Popular NASCAR reference.

Both coaches get fired up in the 4th quarter of a tight game.

They race out to midfield to face off...
