Guest
Ah... but the schedule steps down next year, too...Tennessee Martin (Another I-AA opening)@ FIU (Practically a I-AA team)@ UCF (This could be tough, they will be looking for revenge and for a statement in their stadium and the last game)v Kansas (The Jayhawks come to town... could be a pre-season Top 25 team)@ NC State (another ACC team on the road...)Now for the conference games...v Rutgers (no Ray Rice... he'll go pro - he could be back, but why not take some NFL money?)v U Conn (can you say revenge?)v Syracuse... (uh... yeah)v Pitt (will the Wan-stache be back?)@ Louisville (without Brohm or Douglas, and maybe w/o Urrutia)@ WVU (w/o Slaton, White, Reynaud, or Schmitt -- can you say "rebuilding year" ?)@ Cincinnati (Mauk is gone, Grutza is back...)Sure, we lose a chunk of our starting defense... but the schedule gets nice and soft next year. UCF will be a much tougher game than this year. Kansas is a good football team (although overrated at the moment). That road gauntlet (the BE one not OOC) is always a tough one regardless of the status of the teams. Cannot WAIT to get revenge on Rutgers and UConn.

No way he goes pro. He doesn't fit into anybody's system, so he'll have to come back. Devine will be OK as long as he stays out of trouble in the offseason.Good thread to ask this question, Who from our list of Seniors could come back for a 5th Year? T-Mac and Mompremier really stepped up in place of Nicholas and St. Louis, but Ben might be a tough guy to replace... he's more than just talent, he's a leader. CameronWVU Posted October 30, 2007 Group: Member Topic Count: 0 Content Count: 41 Reputation: 20 Days Won: 0 Joined: 01/22/2006 Share Posted October 30, 2007 Reynaud could be back also if he chooses. Hes a prop and just needs to finish school on time. I would honestly say Slaton is 50/50 right now...Wouldnt be surprised either way

Also, Pitt should be better next season with Bostick and McCoy and the return of Kinder from injury, so I am glad USF has them at home as well. I have to say that USF should be one of the favorites to win the BIG EAST next season if you look at our talent that is coming back. We have an ample of running backs. Our secondary is still going to be strong. USF always has the LBs. Also, Selvie is going to get stronger for the DL. Our WRs are stacked. Grothe will be a junior. Hopefully, our OL is going to stay healthier next season. We have been hit pretty hard in the OL with Capogna and Walker getting injured this season. I cant wait until next season.
