Thats good. Is the band part of the athletic dept? So we have a member of the athletic dept openly scalping tickets. I am sure the Dept will love this.

I don't know how much more a part of this conversation I want to be... What he's doing is definitely wrong, but if the AD decides to, say, punish the whole band, that could possibly affect my chances (and anyone elses) of getting tickets if we ever leave band or when we graduate.

IMO its wrong to sell your student ticket because that is (possibly) keeping a ticket out of the hand of a student that actually wants to go. Sure the tix arent as hot for this game as for WV or UCF, but shouldnt all the games be treated the same for fans?

NEWSFLASH-- from an actual student-- it's NOT hard to get student tickets for the Cinci game!  u didn't need to camp out. i was at the SD at 9:15 thursday, and was thru the line by 9:30 with ticket and wristband in hand.  u could probably STILL walk up to the SunDome Friday afternoon and get lower bowl student tickets.

so saying this kid is "taking tickets out of a real fan's hands" is a bogus argument.

if he gets caught he gets caught... but sending e-mails to the athletic department is pathetic.
