socks have no skill involved in building a team - just money, it's why MLB sucks.  Look at there 3 top starters in the playoffs.  socks get them because they outpay everyone else for them.  No skill involved.  The only reason they win in the playoffs is because they are rich. 

NFL, NHL > MLB

A high pay roll means the owner cares about fielding a good team. It's not their fauilt (or the yankees fault) they want to win.

Red Sox are by far the better team.
