Southern Piss used to be a relevant program. Today they are just a hapless football program that would be better off playing Division I-AA football.

Looks like ECU and UCiF will be playing for the C-DOA East Division Championship.

Rice isn't quite as bad as they used to be... they did make it to a bowl last year. Where they got waxed by Troy, but still, they got there.

don't take this soo seriously!  This is not knock on Rice. For us elder USF bulls fans... we remember the days that Southern Miss blocked us from an earlier entrance to Conf USA. Maybe we need to start a USF history thread .... LOL. ;D

Rice was winless. In espn's bottom 10. They had a cinderella year last year.
