As the mighty football school of Rice whoops up on our favorite Conf USA team, Southern Miss... maybe's it is a good time to remind Jeff Bower

that a few years ago the Univ of South Florida was not good enough to be in Conf. USA.. ;D

Nice post but I think that you should change your username since Bulliever is our Administrator, Leader, Big Daddy,  Great Uncle, or whatever reverence we can bestow upon him.

Rice isn't quite as bad as they used to be... they did make it to a bowl last year. Where they got waxed by Troy, but still, they got there.
