I also saw it on I-275 on the way to the Lightening game last night. I think the top banner had come down and he was on the side of the street.

I think it's great... but you know sooner or later a WV fan is going to catch up with him.

 The mystery is finally solved:

 The trailer belongs to a t-shirt company called Smack Apparel, the ones that also designed the "Beat WVU, and the couch burning..." They were just on Ron & Ian.
