I'm thinking GT vs. USF in the Gator would be the best draw for the Gator Bowl.  Drawing from both directions.  And close.

but yea, orange bowl, gator bowl, would be our biggest crowd draws.

Has it taken effect where you need a passport to go to and from Canada? If not, when is it starting? COnsidering I don't have a passport, that's my main problem with going there. I don't really want to be in Toronto in January, but I'll probably do it if I'm able to.
