What's the word on the LB transfer from USF to Elon?  Rumor was that he couldn't be released until after this weekend's game because of the coach's policy.

That was Glover, correct?  I think he ended up going to Jackson State or another school.  Wanted to be closer to his family is the last I heard.

Possibly the best D.  We have Wake next year and Georgia Tech the year after.

We really need to utlize this game to work any kinks out of our special teams. That and D-line are my two main concerns coming into this season. I can't wait for some football!

You're forgetting that USF's 2nd and 3rd stringers will be playing defense in the 4th quarter...

USF will dominate time of possession... something like 38 mins to 22 mins, thanks to a lot of runnings plays.

And you're assuming that Elon will have their first strong in the entire game ?  ;D

Our 2nd team OL will get a lot of work in Run Blocking and we have some young talent that needs reps.
