Less than 1 percent ever get drafted. And out of the 1% that get drafted, less than 10% makes it to the Major Leagues!Sorry about that!NP. Some interesting stats in the Rays blog on TBO. Looks like 4.9% of drafted Rays have made it, 10% of those that were drafted and signed (only about 50% sign). Since the Rays haven't been around long, they have a bunch of guys still in their sytem that were drafted. On the other hand, given the Rays finances, they probably promote more than the average number of minor leaguers.
