However, if he returned and was fired after April 15, 2008, USF would owe him an additional $100,000 annuity he collects on April 15, 2008. JoeBulls Posted March 5, 2007 Group: Member Topic Count: 41 Content Count: 477 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 02/25/2007 Share Posted March 5, 2007 Has anyone EVER considered the loss of revenue that is attributed to the fact that only 3,500 seats are filled in a stadium that seats 11K!..Imagine a coach can increase average attendance to 7,500And imagine the average cost of a seat is 25 dollars.That would be an additional 100K dollar a game in additional revenue NOT including concessions.With 15 home games, that would be an additional 1.5 million dollars a year in ticket sales revenue per year -- not including an increase in TV revenue that would come with a winning program getting more appearances in ESPN..Gents. Winnng solves EVERYTHING..You can not sit idle and allow one of your cash cow revenue generating sports to just flownder.Winning solves every problem this athletic department faces. We can not afford to continue to field a basketball team that averages 2.5 conference wins per year. That is both litterally and figuratively.
