Talk about a tough sell.  We're the best team by far visiting Heinz field to play the Panthers.  Not exactly Murderer's Row.  They will be paper champions again this year.......

Eastern Michigan, Grambling, UConn, Navy, Cincinnati, Syracuse, and South Florida.  Amazing.  Take us off that list and 5 years ago, every one of those teams would be candidates for the homecoming massacre.  Really a terrible schedule.  Normally you'd have ND probably on this list to make it better, but not this year.

Oitt has a lot of talent and a RB in Lesean McCoy coming in that is every bit as good as Mike Ford.

McCoy, was committed to USC, then Miami, now after a year in prep school is going to Pitt ran for almost 3000 yards and 33 TDs in one season in High School.

The question is the coaching staff...we'll see.

Getting the talent isn't the problem at Pitt.  Wanny has been in the top 20 the last two years at Pitt.  If they struggle this year with that schedule, they will be calling for his head.

Also to note this is the last "friendly' schedule Pitt has for awhile.

They have games with Iowa, ND, Clemson, Miami, and Va Tech the next few seasons.

This is probably leftovers from Walt Harris, too. You can't just call up a big name and say "Hey, wanna play a game this year?"
