HMMM...TBT, I would think it's way to early to speculate based upon "inside INFO". That is almost comical to me. I can't help but smile at that

I was never impressed with Smith in hes tendure here.   I dont think the loss of a coordinator who's best season can only be defined as OK is to big of a loss.  As for frey i have never been blown away from the oline play we've gotten so i dont see that as too big of a loss.  I dont see losing either one costing us any recruits because of how far along it is in the game.  Hopefully Gregory comes in and gives us a little less predictable play calling and Simmonds can step in and get us some better and more consistant offensive line play play this season.

I like the fact that he promotes from within.  That has to be a big plus when he is out looking for new coaches.
