Would think that Rutgers & USF are leaders, but didn't really follow his recruiting.

we've already got a 3-star QB recruit that fits our system better don't we?  i think the main thing about him is the attention from his name, so i'm not saying it wouldn't be nice to get him here.  i think we could transition to a more pro-style offense with an established running game (mike ford in spring or whenever, but we'll see how good moises is too) and some FBs anyway.

USF or Rutgers?  Simms would join a team where a coach has more loyal to. Which Schiano or Leavitt?

He's from NJ... Rutgers has a phenom RB, and a loyal coach... i would bet he goes there.

why doesnt he come here...he could live with his brother in the lap of luxury ...not to mention play for an up and comer of a team and school and not for one who blew its wad this year (IMO)

Here are the reasons I think he goes to Rutgers... in no particular order

USF factors-Grothe, Gregory, Hill, Voss, System/Rod Smith

Rutgers factors- Rice,#12 AP,Schiano,NJ,QB Depth, System
