well if anything, Phil making this decision helps USF, although we are obviously the biggest long shot at this point of the 4 or 5 schools on his radar.  I think Phil, and anyone around the game, has a tremendous amount of respect for Leavitt, plus I bet Phil would like to have Matt around Chris.  

Although, its pretty clear he is still going to Louisville since they made this public that firing Brohm would cost Louisville their current QB and their best QB recruit.
