They will be an 8-4 type team. They lose Kenny Irons, 4 Starting Offensive Linemen, and a few key guys on defense (Herring and Irons). If we picked any year to play Auburn, next season would probably be it.and we get them early in the season, we may be their toughest game at that point.if we come in and play our A game we have a good shot.that said we are not a good road team. Guest Ari_Hinkelberger
I don't think its so much that we aren't a good road team. We are just really young. We still arent to the point where we are getting the best talent in the state. We need that one 5 star stud to break this program out into the big time. We Grothe on this team and our ability to make it to a bowl every year, that five star stud might come very soon.Windbane -- it is good to dream. I am not trying to harp on the parade. It's possible.A win at Auburn would be ridiculous. I will leave it at that.

Outside Gator or BCS is bad.  I consider right now Gator for us just as significant or close as BCS

Guest Ari_Hinkelberger
That being said also. Part of me is VERY surprised that Auburn didn't buy out that contract. I can't see anything postive on Auburns behalf to have a team like South Florida coming into play them the third week of September.Kind of shocking if you ask me. Maybe they are honorable. We are a good team and to imagine us recieving money at this point to play a team like Auburn is kinda of funny.Imagine getting paid and beating them.Adding USF to a SEC schedule is kinda of stupid. I think they played UCF back in the day when they had Culpeper too. UCF almost beat them if I remember right.
