They stated that after the game was over, Pat Julmiste stayed out on the field kneeling down at about the 30 yard line. While all the other players went to the locker room, Pat just looked down and took in the moment of this being his last football game. I thought that was nice to hear that Pat got his redemption from last season's bowl loss to NcSt. To me, Pat looked really down after losing in the Meinke Bowl game. He always is nothing but class even when things are going bad, so I just want to thank him for that. If it is one thing that I am going to remember from the bowl game, it is the heart of Pat Julmiste.

I hope PJ does well in the future.

PJ will be remembered as a hard worker and our starting QB for our fist year in the Big East and last in CUSA. Hopefully playing football and being a team player will help PJ in what ever he does later in life. Good luck to him.

It was good to see him soak in the memories over the past 5 years.
Guest BasketBull. Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 You're a class act, PJ! Good luck to you.

I took pictures of him carrying the trophy (will post later). I have always been impressed with PJ as a person and echo the thoughts that he will be successful after college.

He is a class act and was more instrumental than many think in our success.
