Maybe he is implying UCF and ECU are one in the same.  Both in our rear view mirrors, with no hope of ever joining the BE.   ;D

No, Jim's just being honest.

To make the game competitive and keep

television audiences interested, the Birmingham

Bowl has decided to allow USF to play both UCF

and ECU - at the same time, with the CUSA

members alternating play every other down.  

Otherwise, it was just too one-sided to stomach. 8-)

Both on the same side (separated, of course) is probably to make the crowd look larger as the TV cameras will probably be facing that side.  My guess.

If section 12 is for the band... then I would LOVE t see the shots of the band they will do... VERY CLOSE UPS....  I wouldn't doubt thats the band though... about 500 seats or so... 1 section, other side for sound and extra room?

Sounds like we found the band seats, maybe...
