Speaking of cash and coaches, the guys on 620AM this moring  "all" thought that USF needed to step up with more cash for JL.  They even knew he just got a 7 year 7 mill contract but felt like that was below market for what USF was getting.  Interesting.

are you kidding?

like leavitt is the greatest coach ever and he couldnt be replaced

there are dozens of coaches that can take usf to BE title much faster than leavitt

Well, since I expect us to contend and have a decent shot at BE title next year.  Is there another coach that can do it faster than that.

Even if there are a couple better coaches, bringing in a new person with a new system seldom brings success "faster".  I'd get rid of Leavitt...if Bill Belichick decided he wanted to coach the rest of his career at USF.
