He did this at K-State! Not exactly a B-Ball hot spot. We should of jumped on him when we had the chance.

Especially when we have a coach that has been so successful. Final Four here we come. A big part of success is recognizing opportunities.

No, we NEVER had a chance to get him. The story in Tribune was a plant just to get Huggins' name out in the media again. His recruiting tactics have already been questioned since he's been at Kansas State, he has health issues and was arrested for drunk driving after having a massive heart attack. Yeah, sounds like the guy we need :.

It is the absolute honest truth that there was no opportunity for him to come here. There was a hoax put on by the Huggins camp to make it look like a possibility. In fact, the same hoax played out here in Phoenix for the ASU job. There was a false market created to spur on talks with K-State and others. These are facts.Other facts include that our Basketball program is not where we all want it to be. The way to get it there is not to beat a dead horse that turned out to be a jackal. The right path is to be positive, and to support what we currently have and to help with constructive ways to affect changes down the road.Believe me, those that keep harping on this Huggins falsity have no idea how much credibility they lose and how gullible they look. You're involved with Athletics aren't you? You should leverage that relationship, not destroy it. Through constructive and informed dialogue you can change minds.

Show me one article where it says that DW had contacted Huggins, or that Huggins contacted USF. The Tribune article never stated Huggins was contacted by a USF administrator, nor did Huggins initiate any contact to USF.
