I hope we have a good crowd out for this one, it would be ashame if our fans did not get to see the Bulls whip the Panthers live and in person. The reason I'm asking is - walkups generally get the cheap seats and given that it's a 12:00 game , there's plenty of reduced price, or free, tix to be had.I wouldn't look for this to break 35K - even with homecoming. Although they were both 7:00 games, I think FAMU & UCF will have outdrawn what we pull in on Saturday.

You know...I never here UF or FSU fans complaining about what times their teams play. I want to tell those people to shut up and show up for the game and support your alma mater, hometown team, etc. Just have to be patient and what another 5 to 10 years when we have had several alumni's go through USF with a solid tradition of football. I cannot speak for what the marketing department has done for this one, but second level corner seats and south endzone seats should have been generously donated for this game. I'm sure I saw some posters around campus for it being this week, so that should help attendance a bit.Homecoming is always a huge game for students, especially the Greeks with the week long competitions, but since this is a 12PM game, I have a feeling that I'm going to be very disappointed. I think you're right. It's a matter of keeping the schedule open throughout the fall, (e.g. don't schedule anything on a Saturday when USF is playing at home). A lot of folks, s'pecially them what has ch'uren runnin' about, aren't going to necessarily have that luxury.

This is not looking so good. I hope we have a very large walk-up tomorrow and/or all the season ticket holders show up.

Thanks to the 20k fans that we actually do have.
